Ann, you are so right! It is all about balance and not deprivation. Exercising can be a lot of fun if people educate themselves on the right way to go about it. Unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation out there and people become very confused on what is fact and what is fiction. I am glad you enjoy the articles I post, and definitely try the recipes ... they are good :-)

Hi Kristy,
I found your information to be highly informative and I am sure that others will agree. Knowledge regarding fitness I think is so essential, it helps us to realize that exercising can be fun without potentially hurting ourselves. Knowing your bodies limits and that like most things in life everything done in moderation and eventually the results will show. Creating a fitness schedule that you are able to follow, after time you can slowly progress to pushing yourself a little further step by step. Also with the exercise introducing a well balanced and healthy diet is definatly an added positive, still being able to enjoy your occasional treats but being more informed as to what we are putting into our bodies, I think is so important. The recipes that you posted look delicious and I will definatly have to try them. Everything in life is a balance so why not make fitness and nutrition one of your scales in life.
Thanks Again
