About Kristy

Kristy’s Fitness and Training Philosophy:

“Success is just a matter of attitude”

Kristy Lee Wilson is an ACSM, NASM & NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist. She has been an elite acrobat for over 20 years (still performing nightly), and has over 10 years experience working as a nationally recognized gymnastics and trampoline coach.

At the age of eight, Kristy Lee Wilson became the youngest athlete ever to be offered a scholarship to train as part of the National Gymnastics Team at the Australian Institute of Sport. Considered one of the top Australian junior gymnasts, Kristy was a promising hope to represent Australia at both the 1994 Commonwealth Games and 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. Unfortunately injury cut short her gymnastics career.

A few years later Kristy was introduced to the sport of Trampoline, and was a member of the Australian Trampoline Sports Team from 1996-2001. During this time, Kristy won three Australian Championship titles in power tumbling and represented Australia at various international competitions.

Kristy has over 10 years experience as a nationally recognized gymnastics and trampoline coach. Many of her junior athletes became Australian Champions in their respective age groups. In 2000, Kristy was named the state tumbling coach of Queensland.

Also in 2000 Kristy began training with the Australian Stunt Academy. Her stunt training included: stunt acrobatics, trampoline, mini tramp, high falls, boat jumps, rapelling, fire burns, stair falls, precision driving, and much more. In 2001 Kristy broke into the film industry doubling Sarah Michelle Gellar as her acrobatic stunt double in Scooby Doo.

In November 2001, Kristy was recruited by the world renowned Cirque du Soleil to perform as a Powertrack/Trampoline artist in the Orlando based production, La Nouba. For the past 7 years Kristy has proved herself to be an irreplaceable member of this cast of world class athletes.
